The Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever is a breed of dog which originates from the province of Nova Scotia in the northern country of Canada. It is a high-spirited dog, which is known for it's lively temperament. These Retrievers are very friendly, and highly intelligent. The Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever is a medium sized dog, with a shoulder height of anywhere from 17.75 inches - 20 inches (45 cm - 51 cm). Their coat consists of hair which is medium in length, and an undercoat which is somewhat softer. Colors are usually reddish-orange, although typically there is a bold blaze with white markings on the chest, tip of the tail, and on the feet.
